Context

The platform includes a patient-facing channel, a clinical workflow system, and a pharmacy operations system. Without explicit boundaries, clinical, commercial, and fulfilment logic can bleed across systems and complicate certification.

Decision

The platform will maintain three clear responsibility zones:

• LoveMyLife for patient experience and communications
• Phensys for clinical workflow and orchestration
• Pharmetra for pharmacy operations and fulfilment

Consequences

Positive

• cleaner audit stories
• easier future replacement of channels or providers
• simpler multi-tenant routing

Negative

• more explicit integration design required
• need for high-quality shared identifiers and status models
