Purpose

Phensys is the clinical and orchestration backbone of the platform.

• create and manage prescriptions
• track whether additional information is required
• decide whether a patient should be escalated to F2F, video, phone, or pharmacist review
• choose which fulfilment provider should handle a request for a given tenant or scenario
• maintain authoritative high-level workflow status
